The decision to leave your home and consider living in a communal setting is difficult and we understand that selecting the right place and level of care can be an overwhelming task. The world of retirement housing and health care is ever changing, and the options can be confusing. If you don’t know what setting would best meet your needs, we are available to meet with you personally to help make that decision. We will schedule a consultative meeting here at the facility or where you currently live, gathering background information from you, your family, or health providers to determine both your current and future care needs. Residential Living
Residents who can take care of their personal needs, but who prefer the ambience of a residential hotel, choose Residential Living. Here, with day to day housekeeping seen to by the staff, residents join their friends three times daily in our beautiful Dining Room, take part in regular activities designed to keep their minds and bodies fit and flexible, and join other facility residents for social events and off-campus trips.

Each private room is fully furnished and has a full private bathroom. We encourage you to personalize your room by decorating according to your taste including bringing in additional furnishings from home. All rooms include an emergency call system. Common areas include a dining room, access to a private dining room, snack room, game/craft areas, living room, chapel and a beauty/barber shop. A patio, gazebo and other outdoor areas are readily accessible.

Arrange a Tour:
All applicants interested in admission to the Residential Living program are encouraged to take a tour of the apartments as a first step.
Please call (203) 237-1206 to schedule a tour.  

After the tour, an application will be given to the perspective resident. Upon receipt of the completed application, the Admission Director will meet with the prospective resident to assess and discuss the application and their needs.

Please note that at times we are unable to offer admission at the time of the application due to lack of available space. In that case, your name will be put on a wait list and you will be contacted as soon as an appropriate accommodation becomes available.
